Alexander Svartvatten (*1978) is a Swedish artist whose work blends reality with fiction, and the future with the past. He focuses on site-specific projects using materials from his surroundings. The concluding idea is usually presented as a film, a sculpture, a narrative sound recording or as an installation. During his three-week residency in Nečtiny, he worked on an installation that contained our "inner books". Books of secrets. Books of prejudices. Books of ignorance.
